KEY RULES

NO BARE FEET, SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. Children ages 1 or older are required to wear SPECIAL grip socks. We do allow grip socks from other play parks. (ex: trampoline socks, or grip socks from other parks that have high level tack/grip soles). Adults may wear their regular socks, however grip socks are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED for the geriatric and expecting mothers. If you have medical reasons that require you to wear shoes, let one of our staff know.

STORE-BOUGHT OR HOME GRIPPY SOCKS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

1. Grips must extend from heel to toe  and must cover entire bottom of both socks.
2. Each individual grip or rubber tack must be at least 1 cm in size.
3. Grips must be intact and functional—they should not be faded, damaged, or worn down.

To prevent any future incidents, we kindly request that parents and guardians ensure their children are well potty trained before attending or is wearing pull ups. We welcome children including those who wear diapers, and are committed to providing a comfortable and accommodating environment for everyone. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated, as it helps us maintain a CLEAN and pleasant space for all our guests.

 WE ARE A NUT-FREE and SHELLFISH FREE FACILITY. To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests especially children with allergies, we kindly ask that NO outside food or drinks with the exception of bottled water to be brought inside unless your drink is in a thermos (such as Stanley, Hydroflask, Yeti, etc.) container with a non-spill lid. Snacks may be eaten in our front lobby. Food and Drinks are NOT permitted in the play areas.

Space is limited at our facility especially on busy days/hours and we kindly ask to not bring strollers please.

Safety is our highest priority, please WALK, don't run!  Children ages 1 and older will require grip socks. Adults/Guardians regular socks is fine. We HIGHLY recommend adult grip socks for geriatrics and pregnant mothers. Please use caution. Adult grip socks are available for purchase at $3 per pair but again not required.

At least one parent/guardian ages 18 and older MUST remain inside the premises supervising their children at ALL TIMES! Remain vigilant of your child as they may use our exit doors. We are not responsible for lost or missing children.

JJ's Playhouse is NOT responsible for any loss of or damages of any personal belongings. Please read your signed waiver & release of liability agreement. Though shoes are stowed in the front cubbies, if you feel the need to stow your shoes in the back cubbies, you may do so, we kindly ask you take off your shoes before entering and carrying them to the cubbies in the back.

First aid kit and anti-choking device are available! Please report any playground defects, injuries, or other concerns to a JJ's Playhouse Staff member. Help us report any staining or blood on surfaces to a staff immediately. We will do our absolute best to rectify the situation in a safe and professional manner. Please read your signed waiver & release of liability agreement. 

Be mindful to remove any sharp objects that may pose injury or harm to self or others and/or potential destruction to the soft play areas.
