Winter is our busiest time of year and with birthday parties we have on weekends, we need to ensure a fair, fun experience for everyone. Thus allowing customers to reserve their spot for open play and limiting a 2 hour play time for all! We will allow walk-ins but may be limited and based on capacity.

WALK-IN OPEN-PLAY ONLY! No reservations required! No Time Limit except for Holidays and school vacations are limited to 2 hours of open play time.

RESERVATIONS for Open-Play is highly encouraged to secure your time slot. Walk-ins are welcomed but may be limited based on capacity. Weekends are limited to 2 Hours of Open-Play time! 

Cancellations / Refunds: As we are in a trial period of reservations, full refunds or a credit for your next visit can be applied at this time. No Shows will be non-refundable. It is easier to email us at jjsplayhouse626@gmail.com as we may be too busy to answer phone calls on weekends, provide your reserved date, time, name, and if you want a full refund or a credit to your next visit.

Using a Giftcard? When prompted upon check out, type 'giftcard' in the promo code section. We will tender your gift card payment upon check-in. 

1. Please arrive ON-TIME (or a few minutes early). Each colored wristband corresponds to a fixed 2-hour time slot. If you arrive late, your playtime will still end at the scheduled end time of the slot you purchased.

2. New visitors: Please complete our online general waiver before your visit.
We will verify your waiver at check-in. Waiver can be found under the 'Sign Waiver' tab of our website.

3.  Admission includes entry for up to 2 adults per group.

• Adults must wear regular socks to enter.
• NO BAREFEET or SHOES are allowed.

4. Additional or Adjustment charges will be made upon check-in for any additional adults or grip socks.

We encourage you to create a login on the reservations page, as it will make future bookings faster and more seamless. We are also working on adding the option to cancel reservations directly from your account page.
