Although we welcome all ages. We cater to children under 8yo. Toddler area is designed for children 3yo and under.
Yes. We understand that you may have to assist or accompany your child in the obstacle course play areas. The structure is designed to sustain multiple people/adults. We just post rules and regulations to limit these play areas to children if possible.
Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is a safe, non-toxic disinfectant that kills bacteria, viruses, and fungi, ensuring a clean play environment. It's eco-friendly, gentle on skin, and breaks down into water, salt, and a touch of white vinegar. We use Windex for glass, a multisurface cleaner with bleach for mopping, and a Swiffer solution for touch-ups, especially in party rooms. For tougher stains, we use a magic eraser in play areas.
Everyday, we vacuum the ball pit to remove hair, debris, and pick up any misplaced objects. We then use a powerful mister to thoroughly disinfect with hypochlorous acid (HOCl). Once a month, we deep clean the balls with our special ball washing machine, which vacuums, UV, scrubs, soaks, and dries them. Once the ball pit is cleared, we vacuum and wipe down the inner walls and play floor before returning the balls to the pit.
We are strictly a walk-in open play indoor playground where we welcome only first come first serve guests to ensure equal fairness to those that arrived first incase of over capacity.
We understand that your little ones may need a snack, so while we won’t strictly enforce a no-food policy, we kindly ask that all eating and drinking be kept off the play floor and eaten in our front lobby if possible. Bottled water is allowed. Other drinks are allowed if contained in a thermos such as Yeti, Stanley, Hydroflasks, etc. with a non-spill lid.
We are temporarily holding off on memberships and passes at this time until we can determine the best way to integrate them with our current operations and systems. However, we have a loyalty program in place to earn rewards!
RE-ENTRY IS NOT ALLOWED. However, we provide hand stamps for two or more accompanying parents/guardians, allowing one to temporarily leave and return as proof of entry, so as long as at least one parent/guardian remains in the facility to supervise your child(ren).
We recommend that children wear comfortable clothing. Avoid any sharp hair clips, jewelry/objects before entering play facility. Shoes are NOT allowed upon entry to all guests including adults and children. Adults/Guardians must wear regular socks. Children/Minors 1 years old or older MUST wear grip socks. Other grip socks from other parks are allowed! Forgot socks? No worries... we sell them for $3 a pair for children and adults!
Waivers are to be signed once every 12 months. Each new adult/guardian accompanying a child/children for the first time or new/added child/children at JJ's will have to sign a new waiver. Upon renewals, renewing your waiver is an easy process, as all your information is saved and generated when prompted and can be resubmitted. Food Waivers are required for every reservation placed upon check out.
Private room reservations are 1 hour and 45 minutes. The first hour is designated for children’s playtime, so you may utilize this time to set up prior to your remaining 45 minutes of private room for food and cake. A push cart caddy is available to help transport decorations, cake, or other items from your car to the private room—feel free to ask a JJ’s staff member!
Certainly! The private room time slots are reserved exclusively for each party, ensuring that the next group can enjoy their celebration without delay.
Unfortunately we do not. Our mini fridge is for staff only.
We proudly support a local weymouth restaurant from GIO's PIZZERIA!
